Returns
Due to the nature of health and supplement products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and product images.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed only in case the product is out of stock or cannot be replaced. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
